Charging
We will not charge your credit card/debit card until your order (or the first instalment of it) is despatched. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility. In addition to the price for the goods you will be required to pay a delivery charge as detailed on the order form.

Delivery
We endeavour to process your order within one working day of receipt.  All items are then despatched by carrier (or if appropriate 1st class Royal Mail)  In the case of special orders and items temporarily out of stock we will advise you of an estimated delivered date as soon as possible.  All goods are subject to availability and all deliver dates are approximate. - See our Delivery Charges

‘No Quibble’ Returns Policy
We will happily exchange or refund unused goods if they are returned with 21 days of purchase with a covering letter and proof of purchase - Please Note over the Christmas period this 'Returns Period' is extended by an additional 21 days.  Goods must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging.  When returning items you are responsible for carriage costs and we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting.  We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

International Returns
If returned from outside the EU goods must be marked “BRITISH RETURNED GOODS” and accompanied by an appropriate customs form.  Please instruct your carrier to provide the necessary documentation.
*Failure to comply may result in import duties being charged to your account.

Faults
In the very unlikely event of a fault becoming apparent on your purchase please return it to us with a covering letter explaining the fault.  Due to Health & Safety regulations we cannot accept boots/clothes unless they have been cleaned thoroughly.  We will refund or exchange faulty items and also refund postage costs.

We reserve the right not to offer any refund or exchange of any product that has been damaged after delivery to you.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

Privacy Policy
We are registered under the Data Protection Act 1988 and will only use your information for the purpose of our dealings with you.  We occasionally make our mailing list of names (we do not give telephone numbers) available to carefully selected organisations whose products maybe of interest to you.  If you would prefer not to be included in such mailings please indicate on the order form.
